SAFETY LIGHT CURTAINS

They can allow an easy access to the working area, thanks to the protection of infrared rays. Programmable version available, in order to meet every need.

MOTORIZED RAM ADJUSTMENT

To facilitate the setting of the distance between the bolster and slide, available on T50 and larger models (standard on T130 and larger models).

RAPID DIE TOOLING

Ball guides, support arms with rollers, and hydraulic die clamps facilitate tooling changeovers.

INCLINATION

Available with mechanical or hydraulic (manual or motorized) adjustment, allowing inclinations up to 25°. Larger inclinations are possible and will be provided upon request.

AUTOMATIC STROKE CHANGE WITH NUMERICAL CONTROL

Allows press settings storage in "tool programs" (nearly 2000 programs). When recalling a tool program from the touch-screen panel, the press will be automatically set up (stroke change, speed, distance table-ram, electronic cams, etc..) in less than 2 minutes.

TIE RODS

To enhance the rigidity of the press frame and reduce deflection.
