The flywheel c frame presses range from 10 to 75 Ton. This version allows high speed and higher productivity, having no intermediate reduction between the drive shaft and the eccentric shaft. Suitable for shearing and stamping

Back Geared C Frame Press Features

The back-geared c-frame presses range from 50 to 450 Tons. The back-geared presses offer high-tonnage production at reduced nominal speeds, thanks to an intermediate gear system between the drive shaft and eccentric shaft. Suitable for shearing, stamping, and small drawing.

Motorized Ram Adjustments

MOTORIZED RAM ADJUSTMENT

To facilitate the setting of the distance between the bolster and slide, available on T50 and larger models (standard on T130 and larger models).

Ball guides, support arms with rollers, and hydraulic die clamps facilitate tooling changeovers.

50 Ton OBI Press

INCLINATION

Available with mechanical or hydraulic (manual or motorized) adjustment, allowing inclinations up to 25°. Larger inclinations are possible and will be provided upon request.

Tool Storage Press Controls

AUTOMATIC STROKE CHANGE WITH NUMERICAL CONTROL

Allows press settings storage in "tool programs" (nearly 2000 programs). When recalling a tool program from the touch-screen panel, the press will be automatically set up (stroke change, speed, distance table-ram, electronic cams, etc..) in less than 2 minutes.
